Which deck is the best

i think the best deck is Dark Emperor because this cards:
1.Caius the Shadow Monarch-because he is lv.6,atk/2400 and great effect
2.d.d Wrrior-what to say,just great card
3.Diffrent Dimension Reincrnation-absolutely great card
